Rental terms — the short version
Full terms and conditions accompany the invoice.
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Rentals bill monthly from the delivery date.
- Title to rented equipment stays with Lift Home at all times.
- Equipment is delivered in good working order and must be returned in the same condition, ordinary wear excepted. Repairs to damaged equipment are charged on return.
- Lost or destroyed equipment is charged at retail replacement value.
- Service calls include 30 minutes of diagnosis, repair, or set-up time; thereafter $145.00/hr plus parts.
- Most rental equipment is zero-rated for GST/HST. Ramps, grab bars, delivery and service calls are taxable at 13%.
